New Generation Yoga

Yoga for Kids

New Generation Yoga is a fun and creative class designed for ages 4-7 or 8-12, that introduces the next generation to the benefits of Yoga. Classes will include singing, movement, and storytelling through postures, as your child connects poses to the natural world and sees how Yoga can positively affect their life.

FALL 2008 SESSIONS
Each session runs for 6 weeks, 1 class each week. Next session starts the week of September 9th! Each session has new content and is appropriate for new as well as returning students. Also, please scroll down for the parent & child classes taught at Damonte Ranch H.S. and a **special Family Yoga session taught at Yoga Loka Studio.

Ages 4-7yrs.

Wednesdays 4:14-5pm

Session #1: 9/10 to 10/15

Session #2: 10/22 to 11/26

Ages 8-12 yrs

Mondays 4:15-5:15pm

Session #1: 9/8 to 10/13

Session #2: 10/20 to 11/24
